At the ‘Fashiontronics’ show that was held in New Delhi on October 19, 2006, Hewlett Packard India launched a whole new range of extremely colorful and fashionable accessories for the Pavilion series of desktops and laptops. Additionally, Hewlett Packard India has collaborated with one of the leading fashion designers, Suneet Varma to design and create exclusive accessories such as PC skins and special edition designer laptop bags.

Described aptly on HP’s Micro site, there are many funky looking accessories to choose from. One that caught our eye is the skins for the computer, which doesn’t interfere with opening and closing of the tower. The high-quality 3M adhesive makes the vinyl skins low maintenance to reposition and replace.

In a colorful and style conscious market like India, we believe that the concept will be huge success and will spawn many similar initiatives as well,” said Ravi Swami Nathan, vice president of HP Personal Systems Group, Hewlett-Packard India.
