Spice Telecom Offer Lifetime Pre-paid Connection

Spice Telecom logo Never before has telecom competition been so stiff and close. Every single day and probably every single hour one hears about some or the other new interesting scheme that the various telecom companies are coming out with. It started with airtel, followed by Hutch, next was Reliance Infocomm and the latest buzz is that Spice Telecom too has introduced its “Lifetime Offer”.

Spice Telecom, the oldest cellular service provider of Karnataka, has unveiled its new “Eternal pre-paid Pack” at Rs 799. According to Spice, the Eternal pre-paid plan enables users to take a pre-paid connection with lifelong validity for a one-time payment of Rs 799, with an initial talk time of Rs 25.

Spice subscribers can make out-going calls at 50 paise to other Spice subscribers, and at Rs 1.99 to other GSM/CDMA/WLL or landline users. Local SMS costs Re 1, national SMS Rs 2 and international SMS Rs 5. With pre-activated national roaming facility, the STD calls are charged at Rs 2.50 for mobile to mobile, and Rs 2.90 to landlines.

“We already had a 799 plan existing with our customers that had just one year validity, now we have re-vamped the plan and are providing lifelong validity. New Spice ‘Eternal pre-paid Pack’ with a one time payment of Rs 799, is the most economical and value packed product in this category”, said Navin kaul, Chief operation officer, Spice Karnataka.

Kaul continued, “Other similar offerings in the market are at Rs 999 MRP. With low local call charges of 50 paise and STD call rates at Rs 2.50, this tariff has been designed to cater to the cost conscious segment. This initiative is to inform the market that Spice is very much existent and is back in action.”
