Fable 2 announced at GDC 2008

Logo of Fable 2 At the Game Developers Conference (GDC 2008), Molyneux, the developer of Fable, announced the second part of the popular game.

Fable 2 is packed with new features and more fun. The most interesting feature of the new version of the game is a support for two-player cooperative play.

Few days before the shipment of the main game, Fable 2 Pub a mini game would be available on the XBLA platform, which would allow gamers to get a sneak peek into the game’s world. Gamers will also be allowed to carry forward the currency earned in the Pub version.

Also, gamers can now enter into someone else’s game, having all the items and experience that are earned in the alternate world. In addition, gamers can also change the tone of the game and its story in someone else’s game. For instance, a gamer can kill his or her spouse and children, creating an effect permanently.

No certain release date of Fable 2 has been announced yet. However the game will be shipped later this year.
