Wii lovers all around the world were envying Japanese gamers for having an exciting game like Wii Fit. But Nintendo has now revealed some good news for Wii gamers in Europe and US. The Wii Fit will be shipping in Europe and US on April 25th and May 19th respectively.

Wii claims that Wii Fit combines fitness and fun and hence encourages the youth to exercise and to be conscious of their health.

Wii Fit comes along with a pressure sensitive Wii Balance Board. Users can stand on the Balance Board and follow instructions shown on the TV through Wii.

The Wii Fit includes four training categories such as Aerobic Exercises, Muscle Workouts, Yoga and Balance Games. Each of the training sessions includes different activities like Aerobic Exercise has Hula Hoop, Ski Jump, Press-up Challenge, Rhythm Boxing, Rowing Squat, Lunge etc. While Yoga includes Half Moon, Tree and Crocodile Twist etc.

Along with Wii Fit, US users will also be getting WiiWare, Nintendo’s downloadable game service and the Super Smash Bros. Brawl game on May 12th and March 9th respectively.
