AGNI PC Game developed by FXLabs, launched in India with Zapak and Sify

Ladies, here is an action game called AGNI, for all of you!

At an event held in Taj Hotel, Mumbai at India, FXLabs has announced their partnership with Zapak and Sify to launch the first Bollywood starrer PC game called AGNI. FXLabs has signed on Malaika Arora Khan as the brand avatar of this action game.

Built entirely in India, FXLabs has given its best to offer fantastic international content along with Indian flavor. In the beginning of the game, a story is being narrated that speaks about the protagonist’s (played by Malaika) a daughter (Milli) who is lost in the denizens of the underworld. Mother (Tara) has an ultimate mission to find her daughter into AGNI and that is where the game-play starts.

This Hindi lingual drama game features more than 10 original scenic stages, special features such as sneak attack, grapple mode, spell coats and powerful combat attack as well as four characters that include Tara, Agni, Ghayab, Adhira, allowing players to choose and play any character from the four. Each role has special attributes, weapons and skills.

To meet the AAA standard game demand, FXLabs has developed AGNI in two years time with 70 people working on the game. It is an exciting Third Person Shooter - Role Playing Game.

Associating with Zapak and Sify, FXLabs targets to reach every corner of India. The company is confident that AGNI will give them the first mover advantage and enable them to create a milestone in the industry.

Zapak offers a sample game to gamers via a 60 minutes trial version that will be available on the company’s website soon. It will conduct tournaments to promote the game offline through it’s Gameplex in 11 cities. Malaika Arora Khan is invited to flag the tournament in Delhi next week.

Arun Mehra, Chief Marketing Officer, Zapak Digital Entertainment, expressed, “When e saw the AGNI, we were very excited as this is probably one of the first Indian Games that will stand up to international standards, therefore despite the fact that this is a PC game we felt it was important to associate with it to promote the game.”

The online multi-player game is expected to be introduced by next year. The end-to-end game company is also working on sports and other Bollywood-based games such as Dhoom: 2.5.

Expected to roll out on 27th February, the AGNI PC game carries an online price of Rs. 549. Only individuals above 13-year olds, are allowed to play the game. As the lead character is a lady, we expect more female gamers to try their hands-on this adventurous game.
