Nokia logo Nokia has once again delayed the introduction of its gaming service N-gage until “early” 2008, stated a company spokes.

In August, Nokia announced the gaming service, which was initially slated to kick off in November. However, on the second day of the month itself, the mobile phone giant postponed the service for the first time thanks to software flaws. And the service has been delayed yet again and should be “most probably” launched the beginning of 2008.

The N-gage gaming service is part of Nokia’s Ovi brand of mobile services which the company is developing to beat competitors such as Google, Yahoo and MSN.

The reason behind the delay is apparently is the coming up of an issue that needs to be fixed before the service is officially launched in the market.
