Foundation 9 Entertainment reveals Video Game Line-up for Comic-Con, San Diego

Comic-Con International logo Foundation 9 Entertainment, North America’s largest game developer has announced its final game demo line-up for the upcoming Comic-Con International: San Diego event. The games that will go on display cover a variety of platforms and genres.

The company has said that it will display demos of five new game titles. They also confirmed that most of these games will be available for trial play by those in attendance.

Listed below are the games that F9E will have on display:

  • Godzilla Unleashed for Nintendo Wii. This game is scheduled for release in the holiday season of 2007 by Atari.
  • The recently announced Sonic Rivals 2 game for the Sony PlayStation Portable. This game is published by none other than Sega.
  • The Legend of Spyro: The Eternal Night, a game title for the Nintendo DS. This one has been published by Sierra Entertainment.
  • The much-awaited WWE Smackdown vs. Raw 2008 game title for the Nintendo DS which is being published by THQ.
  • Super Puzzle Fighter II: Turbo HD Remix for the PlayStation Network and published by Capcom Entertainment.
  • According to F9E CEO Jon Goldman, “The variety of Foundation 9 games we’ll be showing at Comic-Con clearly illustrates the breadth of genres and platforms we develop for. We’re excited to let fans get their hands on some highly anticipated releases and see what they think.”

    Besides offering demos of the above mentioned games, F9E will also sell games and other merchandise in keeping with its Comic-Con tradition. Merchandise will include action figures and comics based on the F9E’s original property, Death Jr.

    What’s more; the company is also hosting a panel about how to break into the rather lucrative game industry.

    Comic-Con International: San Diego will take place on July 26-29 at the San Diego Convention Center. A preview night is scheduled to take place on July 25.
