Atari has stated that it will release Dragon Ball Z: Shin Budokai 2 for the PSP in Europe in May 2007. The game is a sequel to the hugely popular PSP video game Dragon Ball Z: Shin Budokai.

Dragon Ball Z: Shin Budokai 2 takes the intense 2-player Wireless battles and exciting aggressive gameplay made popular in last year’s hit to the next level. Featuring an enhanced fighting system with over 50 new fighting skills and ultimate attacks, Dragon Ball Z: Shin Budokai 2 gives players the power to play heroes and villains from the DBZ, Dragon Ball GT and Dragon Ball worlds. In addition to these all-new features, players will follow a completely new story arc following the future world of Trunks on his adventures against foe Majin Buu.

Dragon Ball Z is one of the most famous anime franchises around and has some 26 different games have been made on it. Till now, 10 million units have been sold. Dragon Ball Z: Shin Budokai 2 has been developed by Namco Bandai.

European gamers who are anime lovers will surely by happy to hear about the release of the game, but they will have to wait for two more months.
