Ubisoft has announced that they are working on a new version of ‘America’s Army: True Soldier’ especially for the Xbox 360 game console. Ubisoft has released some details on this game.

For this, Ubisoft has signed on Red Storm Entertainment, an action/shooter developer, who plans on bringing the Ghost Recon: Advanced Warfighter 2 engine to the game.

America’s Army: True Solider for the Xbox 360 will feature single as well as multiplayer modes. The game will also give players the option to battle it out with a variety of fighters that include snipers, riflemen, Team Leader and grenadiers.

Also, the multiplayer mode for the Xbox 360 version of America’s Army will include eight maps. The game will also include eight co-operative missions.

As you play the game, you will earn points which can be spent on improving your skills.

Besides, America’s Army: for the Xbox 360 will include Xbox LIVE support and there will be a deathmatch option via Xbox LIVE.

The America’s Army game titles are officially licensed Army simulation games, with the focus of these titles on team play, rather than individual heroic efforts.

According to Tony Key, vice president of marketing at Ubisoft, “America’s Army is a strong brand, and coupled with Red Storm Entertainment’s next-gen expertise, Ubisoft and the Army are set to deliver a solid and authentic Army experience. Red Storm has done an unbelievable job over the years with military action titles and we’re excited to have them work in partnership with the U.S. Army to develop America’s Army: True Soldiers.”
