Game Bajao! acquires Sniff Games, a US-based Online Gaming Company
GameBajao, a gaming news and reviews aggregation Web site from 24×7 ithub has announced its acquisition of a US-based free online gaming company called Sniff Games.
GameBajao! was just launched in alpha last week. This Web site offers a free online gaming section and used to source games from different Web sites.
But now that GameBajao! has acquired Sniff Games, the company will no longer have to rely on external sources for its games.
GameBajao! which is owned by 24×7 ithub. The latter company is one which provides customized Web-based solutions. Under this deal, 24×7 ithub said that it will push traffic from Sniff Games to GameBajao! and vice versa.
24×7 ithub also said that it plans to establish GameBajao! as a one-stop-shop for any news content from its various resources.
Further, 24×7 ithub also confirmed that it would be launching the beta version of GameBajao very soon.
24×7 ithub has also revamped the Sniff Games web site for starters and will soon integrate it into GameBajao!
The financial terms of the deal have not yet been disclosed.
