Beanstalk 2007 Collection of Gaming PCs introduced in India by HCL

HCL 'Beanstalk 2007 Collection' HCL Infosystems Ltd. has announced the availability of the ‘Beanstalk 2007 Collection’ – the four new HCL Beanstalk Gaming PCs, in India.

Apart from a host of ‘aspirational’ features as part of standard configurations such as Microsoft Windows Media Centre; wireless connectivity; wireless peripherals such as mouse & keyboards; dual layer DVD recorder, the new range also is empowered with add-ons such as xpress recovery tools, pre-installed broadband internet pack and a complete pre-loaded entertainment kit including games, recipes, multilingual software package, etc. In addition, all HCL Beanstalk PCs in this range are ready for Windows Vista.

In the new range Gaming PCs first and foremost is HCL Beanstalk Nano – a 42 mm high, ‘small’ computing powerhouse. You can connect your HCL Beanstalk Nano to a HDTV and 5.1 speaker system to create a home theatre environment and with instant switch on/off, personal video recording and digital imaging storage medium, it is indeed a plush world of digital content.

Next is HCL Beanstalk Lyfestyle – the first-ever PC to feature a complete 10 foot wide digital user interface and is a composite entertainment enabler. A DVD look-alike, HCL Beanstalk Lyfestyle, with its sleek contours, complete digital display, thrilling Altec Lansing stereo speakers – which would transform your drawing room to a ‘digital media confluence & lifestyle’ room! Own it for its gorgeous unconventional looks, multi-faceted entertaining abilities and arriving ‘Big’ in life!

The third HCL Gaming PC on the list is the HCL Beanstalk Dominator – a powerful gaming PC with graphic and processing capabilities. With constituents like Nvidia chipsets and graphics, Intel Core 2 Extreme Processor X6800 and a pre-loaded set of compelling games – including the multiplayer role playing game Ragnarok.

And the final one in the range is HCL Beanstalk Slim – the ultra-slim genius with really thick set of ‘all-in-one’ abilities. HCL Beanstalk Slim is designed to be so compact that it can fit in any space; it is powered with genuine Microsoft Windows XP Media Centre – thus donning the multiple avatars of TV, a DVD player, a MP3 player, game station, FM radio, digital video recorder and whatever else you want to make of it. Added with multi-tasking facilities, it’s truly a dream come slim!

The new HCL Gaming PCs are also based on Intel Viiv technology.

HCL India plans to pre-launch its new range on select websites before launching it on store shelves of various stores throughout India.
