Omen Gaming PC with Intel Core 2 Extreme Quad-Core processor released by VoodooPC

The quad-core Omen VoodooPC, maker of highly personalized high-performance PCs, has launched its chief system Omen gaming PC with Intel Core 2 Extreme Quad-Core processor.

“Omen Intel Core 2 Extreme Quad Core” has a capacity to deliver up to 70 percent more processing power than Intel’s dual core processors and promises to be the highest performance graphics processor available.

According to Voodoo PC, the new quad-core Omen will deliver incredible desktop performance, in addition to new levels of multi-threading performance and multi-tasking responsiveness for ultra-realistic gaming experiences.

Equipped with a system-wide intercooler that silently cools the Quad-Core processor, and gamers will get a choice of ATI Crossfire or Nvidia SLI graphics cards and motherboard chipsets, the new Omen is set to become the fastest near-silent PC on the market.

In addition, the new Omen features an advanced chamber airflow layout via which the system can operate at peak efficiency without draining excess power. Copper-cooled pre-overclocked graphics cards allow Omen users to set their monitors to resolutions at WQXGA, thus allowing enjoyment of daily productivity as also beating the most advanced games.

The fully upgradeable Omen Intel Core 2 Extreme Quad Core with a modular swappable power supply will be launched on November 14, 2006.
