JBL Time 400ID, Duet 200 Single Stero Speaker and On Stage IIIP System for iPhones and iPods

JBL seems to be coming out with a host of new products. Yesterday, we reported about the On Stage Micro iPod Dock speakers and along with this, the high-fidelity speaker manufacturer has come out with a number of other products. They are the JBL On Time 400IHD digital sound system, the JBL Duet 200 One-piece Stereo Speaker System and the JBL On Stage IIIP System for iPhones and iPods.

The On Time 400IHD digital sound system offers audio clarity of HD when listening to Radio AM and FM. It also has FM multicasting capability, an iPod dock and a clock with dual alarms. When the JBL On Time 400IHD system is connected to any docking iPod, MP3 player or other audio source, it provides a full and rich sound field from all directions.

A feature unique to JBL’s On Time sound system is the ability to store “live” song information from elect HD Radio Stations with the push of the “Tag” button. This song “wish list” may be downloaded to the iPod the next time the iPod is docked in the system. When the iPod is connected to iTunes, the “wish list”, as well as the option to purchase the listed songs is displayed. Moreover, with the iTunes Tagging feature, listeners will never have to scramble to write down a new song title or artist heard on the radio.

The JBL On Time 400IHD digital system provides power to charge and sync an iPod too, regardless of whether the system is on or off or not connected to a computer. The system also has a very user-friendly and intuitive interface.

JBL’s On Time 400IHD sound system is compatible with most docking versions of Apple’s iPod. The system also provides for a stereo mini jack connection that enables one to listen to audio from other devices like MP3 players, CD players, desktop PCs, satellite radio and laptops.

The On Time 400IHD system from JBL carries a retail price of $299.95 and will be available in Spring 2008.

Next up is the JBL Duet 200 One-piece Stereo Speaker System, which can be connected to any computer, iPod, iPhone, MP3 or any other digital player using the built-in mini stereo jack.

The JBL Duet 200 system incorporates the latest Phoenix transducers for enhanced bass, while the JBL Slipstream port design reduces “unwanted noise”. Lastly, the JBL Duet 200 system equalizations provide a rich and complete sound.

The JBL Duet 200 system carries a retail price of $119.95 and will be available in March 2008.

Next in line is the JBL On Stage IIIP high-performance loudpseaker for iPhones and iPods, which offers JBL’s exceptional style and functionality with iPhone compatibility that too!

The JBL On Stage IIIP System comes equipped with an IR remote for iPod track selection, menu navigation and volume control. But, it does include a mini stereo jack for use with non-iPhone/ non-iPod devices.

Further, JBL’s On Stage IIIP docking station is powered either by AC power or batteries. It is compatible with all models of the iPod. Moreover, you can also charge your iPod or iPhone on the docking station. Using a USB2.0 cable, one can synchronize an iPod or iPhone with a Mac or PC.

The JBL ON Stage IIIP system weights just one pound and measures only 6” by 1-3/4’. Interchangeable trim rings are also available for color customizations.

The JBL On Stage IIIP sound system will be available in February 2008 for a price of $169.95.
