Parrot introduces Andrée Putman created Digital Photo Frame

Parrot has launched an exceptional digital photo frame, which is created by French designer, Andrée Putman. Parrot claims that the new frame is a perfect example of technology combined with art.
“I would like to pay tribute to Parrot for daring to think that this wonder of technology could be coiled up inside a beautiful wrapping,” stated Andrée Putman.
“Storage fans will be the most vulnerable to the charms of this object, which will overcome any problems of arranging photo souvenirs,” she added.
The digital frame features Bluetooth technology, allowing users to transfer images wirelessly. Users can upload photos with the help of SD card or by connecting a mini USB cable.
The LCD screen with a 15 cm diagonal measurement displays with up to 2,62,144 shades is the key feature of the frame. Moreover, the newly introduced frame automatically rotates and resizes uploaded images.
Parrot’s latest designer digital photo frame can be customized as per the users’ choice with a wide range of slideshows. The frame’s memory is capable enough to store 400 photos.
Andrée Putman’s Parrot digital photo frame will be available in Europe and Asia in June 2008 for €299 or £249.99 respectively.
