Here’s a CD player that …umm…trust me does nothing more than playing music. But yet the Muji CD player serves to be a simple, basic and beautiful piece of technology.

The wall mountable Muji CD player attaches to your wall with the CD itself being clearly visible on the front face. The speakers are built into the body of the player and to start the disc playing you simply pull on the cord hanging underneath. Other controls like volume and search are located on top.

The Muji CD player is available in the US through Compact Impact or at any of the Muji sites online (Moma, Muji UK, etc.) for around $199.
