Zen Vision MP3 player featuring a 3.7-inch SharpPix 640×480 resolution and 262k-color screen for music video playback and photo viewing has been announced by Creative Technology. It is on hand at a suggested retail price of Rs 32,499.

The 30 GB Zen Vision; features a transflective screen which give good images even in bright sunlight, stores up to 120 hours of video, offers 4.5 hours of video playback, carries around 15,000 songs, and has an audio playback quality of up to 97dB SNR. The player measures 124.2×74.4×20.1 mm, weighs 239g, and is available in Pearl White or Black.

Creative’s Zen Vision also includes a built-in FM radio with 32 pre-set options plus FM recording; eight EQ pre-sets (Acoustic, Classical, Pop, Rock, Jazz, New Age, Vocal, Disco); and one custom EQ for enhanced audio playback. It also supports a wide variety of video formats including MPEG-1, MPEG-2, MPEG-4, DivX, Xvid, WMV and MJPEG. A composite video-out connector makes for full-color image output on any TV screen size while the Plug and View slot supports both Compact Flash Type I and Type II media.

Creative’s new Zen Vision comes in a standard package encompassing a re-chargeable, removable Li-ion battery; an AC adapter; USB 2.0 cable; high-quality ear-phones; an AV cable; and a protective pouch. Optional accessories include a docking station, Compact Flash Adapter, screen protector, spare extended-life battery, wired remote and IR remote.
