Geneva Technologies Launches E2C Solution to Enable Multi-Lingual SMS

Today at an press event in Mumbai, Geneva Software Technologies launched its new innovative telecom solutions named Geneva E2C (Enterprise to consumer). The newly launched solution is specially designed for Indian needs of having communication in regional languages.
The E2C product is based on Geneva Software’s patented Vivid Technologies that enables multi-lingual service in 11 Indian languages.
This new sms tool from Geneva Technologies allows users to send up to one lakh SMS in an hour from PC to mobile in Indian languages. Thus the E2C makes easy to communicate with rural India in their own languages. The bunch of 11 languages includes most of the main Indian languages such as Hindi, Gujarati, Marathi, Asami, Bengali, Tamil, Telagu, Kannada etc.
The E2C telecom solution is mainly useful for the mobile operators and other big enterprises, which want convey same message to their customers in their mother-tongues or preferred languages. Business enterprise can send billing information, insurance reminders, greetings, and other alerts and information to their customers in Indian languages.

The most important feature of the E2C application is that the receiver of the SMS does not need to own a mobile phone device supporting Indian languages.
The E2C product requires one time installation charges of Rs. 7699 and further company can recharge depending on their requirement, just like we recharge the pre-paid mobile service. The smallest recharge pack is available at the price of Rs. 50, in which users can send to up to 100 SMS and the largest pack allows to send one lakh SMS in Rs. 25,000. As an introductory offer buyer can get 10,000 SMS free on each purchase of E2C product.
Geneva Technologies is also planning to expand E2C’s features with features such as voice recognition and mechanical translation feature.
