Here is an great free ftp software for all your uploading and downloading needs. SmartFTP is an easy to use ftp software that enables you to transfer files across the Internet. SmartFTP offers an Explorer-like, customizable interface and supports drag-and-drop functions. With SmartFTP you can open multiple FTPconnections, it also lets you copy files from one remote host to another (FXP).
This program caches its remote-host directory information for future viewing and also supports FTP URLs. Other features include a Favorites list; the ability to resume any broken downloads; a global history; background transfers; support for proxy; a passive transfer mode; and the ability to perform recursive downloads, uploads, and deletes.
