Help to install Skype

I have an account in skype but I cannot download the skype on my laptop when it downloads after that when i click run it says it cannot run as it is not having windows 32, But I have windows XP Home.
At home on my desktop pc I have download my skype & it is working but I think the problem is your new version of skype
