Google Android gets a nod from FCC, HTC Dream phone soon to be expected

We reported last week about the rumors of Google Android making its way into the market through the HTC’s phone supposedly called as Dream. Well, the dream might finally come true. Apple MobileMe users get another free contract extension

Apple MobileMe Cloud We thought, it was the last time we were hearing from Apple about MobileMe before it is revamped and is reborn as a better application. However, everything is not over for the MobileMe users yet. But this time it is news that will relieve you. Apple is granting the MobileMe subscribers an extension of 30 days more, adding upto a total of 60 days of free service since the first extension of 30 days that was announced in July.

The extension is confirmed after Apple sent mails to its MobileMe subscribers informing them about the free service and also acknowledging their ‘patience’ with the application.

Apple also claimed to have made many an improvements.

Apple updates firmware to 2.0.2 for solving the iPhone 3G problems

And now the news is - the 3G iPhone’s bad signals still persist, even after Apple released a software update as a solution. The dropped calls and bad network was blamed on the Infineon chips in iPhone and not the network operators. However, Infineon officials reported that the chips were working fine in other 3G phones.

Midnight Pool, Mega Man and Neo Turf Masters now available via Wii Shop Channel

Wii Logo There is some good news for Wii fans. Nintendo has expanded its Wii Shop Channel with three new games namely, Midnight Pool, Mega Man and Neo Turf Masters.

Midnight Pool will be available on WiiWare. The game is developed by Gameloft, and takes gamers for a ride across America to make their dreams come true in a pool tournament worth millions. Gamers can get together in a variety of bars and meet seven of the coolest players on the circuit, from country music star Travis to Alison the biologist and John the sheriff. 3G iPhone to reach Turkey via Turkcell

Toshiba comes out with XD-E500 for high definition experience through DVD

Dell to come up with new entertainment application against iTunes?

Reports afloat everywhere in the tech world say that Dell with its team of 120 engineers guided by Tim Bucher are planning to come up with an iTunes competitor.
